One of my favorite traditions over the years has been to make a three egg omlet for each of us on Saturday or Sunday mornings. Today, after returning home from early church, I made my “famous” omlets for Tiffini and myself. My daughter, Leanna, asked me to remind her how to make these, so I recorded a video for her to watch.
