I started this blog quite a few years ago. It’s been sitting here for over four years, patiently waiting for me. And, now, I feel that it is time.

One of my heroes, Albert Schweitzer, said, “Impart as much as you can of you spiritual being to those who are on the road with you, and accept as something precious what comes back to you from them.” That will be and has been the purpose of this blog, this page.

The spiritual is intertwined within the physical. In my fifty years of sojourning upon this rock called Earth, I’ve learned that one cannot experience a fullness of joy without a balance between the physical, emotional and spiritual. That balance starts by the recognition of absolute truth. Not the “personal truths” talked about by celebrities, media and the self-help gurus, I’m talking about real unchangeable foundational truth that you can build your life around. We’ve forgotten about it, and we’ve even forgotten where to find it.

So, if you’re reading thus far, my intent will be to identify the foundational truth in every point and then build upon it. If you came here for fluffy self-help, self-love or coddling, your in the wrong place.

I’m looking for, writing about and sharing the powerful, life changing, hair raising, commitment requiring type of living that has the power to raise one back to where we came from.

All things denote there is a God; yea, the earth and all things that are upon its face, even its motion. In addition, even the planets which move in their regular motion witness that there is a Supreme Creator. This is the foundation upon which I will build.

So, you will notice from here out, that this blog is dedicated to the musings, thoughts, studies and spiritual experiences I feel inclined to share with the world. I invite you to stay a while and learn with me.
